Tim joined Jubilee’s Terrorism team after two years at the International Chamber of Shipping, where he focused on maritime piracy and supply chain security among other policy issues. Prior to this he studied History at the University of Sheffield and completed an MA in War Studies at King’s College London. He is currently working towards ACII certification.
