Taxi

Jubilee has always had a strong presence in the Taxi insurance market – the business is often referred to as Private Hire or Public Hire business.

Through its small panel of Brokers, Jubilee offers a wide range of insurance products to taxi operators, including the facility of weekly, monthly or quarterly Policies.

The Syndicate understands the importance of returning a vehicle to its owner as quickly as possible following an accident and its claims service is focussed on achieving this.

Jubilee is also able to offer as part of its standard Policy cover, the opportunity of a courtesy vehicle, fully licensed for Private Hire, while its Policyholder’s vehicle is being repaired. This service ensures that its Policyholders are able to continue with their usual occupation even when deprived of the use of their ordinary vehicle.

While it offers a product to suit a wide range of Taxi policyholders, Jubilee is primarily seeking the business of operators with a good track record, an established no claims bonus, who are driving modern vehicles and where driving is restricted to the Policyholder only.

Jubilee has recently started writing business for Black Cabs and is seeking to increase its participation in that part of the market.
