
Jubilee has today announced that Brian Jackson, the Active Underwriter of its Life Syndicate 779, will step down after 27 years with the business.
He will be replaced by Jon Clarke who is currently Managing Director of Lutine Assurance Services, Jubilee Group’s life retail distribution business, subject to approval by Lloyd’s and the FSA. Jon has been with the Group since 1992 and has previously held both Deputy Underwriter and Life Operations Manager positions with the Syndicate. Brian will be available to assist with an orderly and seamless transition.
Simultaneously, Jane Nicholson, Managing Director of Jubilee Service Solutions, will take on the management of Lutine on an interim basis whilst the Group considers options for the development of its distribution businesses.

Jubilee Syndicate 779 underwrites term assurance products both within the UK and globally for private individuals, employees, corporate and affinity business. It has a stamp capacity of £27 million for the 2010 year of account.
