Jubilee handles claims in association with WNS Assistance, who deal with the majority of claims on our behalf.

Our in-house claims team based in Sidcup handles complex claims requiring specialist attention.

In partnership with WNS, we offer everything you would expect of your motor insurer and more:

  • Roadside recovery – removing your vehicle to the nearest approved repairer and returning it to you freshly valeted

Internet Access

WNS also offers Jubilee policyholders online access to a ‘virtual claims file’ holding all major documents relating to their claim. Where an approved repairer is used, this will also include images of the damaged vehicle.

Fleet policyholders can download a summary of all their claims in Excel spreadsheet format, allowing them to carry out a full analysis of all claims occurring under the policy.
