Johnny began his career at Willis, where he rose to become Executive Director responsible for its London based US Professional Liability Group.

Johnny later joined major London-based reinsurer Beazley Group in 1992, was appointed to the managing agency board in 1993, the holdings board in 1997 and was a key member of the management team that floated the business on the London Stock Exchange in 2002. Johnny also chaired the Group's Underwriting Committee and Business Development Group.

Johnny graduated from UK Military Academy, Sandhurst in 1980.

Ole joined Jubilee in 2011. Previously, Ole was Head of Corporate Underwriting (MGA) at Munich Re where he was responsible for developing and overseeing the underwriting standards and principles in the underwriting agency segment of Munich Re worldwide. Earlier in his career, he was Senior Marine Underwriter for Munich Re’s Lloyd’s business and responsible for the strategic and financial control of the Watkins Syndicate at Lloyd’s, a specialised primary marine insurance syndicate. He was also a member of the Board of Directors for Munich Re Capital Ltd (the corporate member behind the Watkins Syndicate), and was responsible for setting up Koeln Assekuranz Agentur in 2007.
