JJS Syndicate 1952
Fleet
JJS is a specialist part of the Jubilee Group. It started trading as a subsidiary of Jubilee in 2003. It is a young business, with a refreshingly different attitude to Motor Insurance.
JJS specialises in insuring large fleets of vehicles, where the ability to handle large volumes of claims is paramount and where an individual solution is required for each Policyholder.
We are committed to providing best value to our customers. We are able to tailor insurance programme structures allowing our customers to bear a considerable proportion of their own risk where they have the appetite to do so, while benefiting from the protection of our security at agreed levels.
At JJS we are determined to provide the best possible of level of customer service and Matt Morling, our Claims / Underwritng Coordinator, is employed specifically to ensure that we deliver the high level of service that is necessary given the demanding nature of our customer base.
JJS enjoys a high level of customer loyalty and this is evidence of the satisfaction of its customer base.
Coach and Bus
JJS trades in Coach Insurance exclusively with three specialist Insurance Brokers.
JJS specialises in the insurance of small to medium sized, family owned and operated Coach businesses. It insures operators where the vehicles are used for Private Hire, School contracts, and UK tours. It does not as a general rule insure operators with extensive continental tour programmes, or where the vehicles are used for Express work.
JJS generally prefers Coach Business to Bus, although it does insure some Bus operators, usually where the work is predominantly rural.
JJS Underwriters try to meet the majority of Coach operators who they insure in order fully to understand their businesses. Julian Cashen, the Active Underwriter, has a particular interest and expertise in this sector. As a result JJS builds a relationship with its Insureds which allows it to offer flexible underwriting terms. In particular, JJS will generally cover any authorised licensed driver to drive under its Policy. The majority of Insurers exclude certain ages or categories of driver from driving.
