Jubilee handles claims in association with WNS Assistance.
WNS handles all straightforward claims on our behalf. 

Our in-house team handles complex claims requiring specialist attention from our offices in Sidcup.

In partnership with WNS, we offer everything you would expect of your motor insurer:

•     Roadside recovery – removing your vehicle to the nearest approved repairer and returning it to you freshly valeted

Internet Access

WNS also offers Jubilee policyholders online access to a ‘virtual claims file’ holing all major documents relating to their claim. Where an approved repairer is used, this will also include images of the damaged vehicle.

Fleet policyholders can download a summary of all claims in Excel spreadsheet format, allowing them to carry out a full analysis of all claims occurring under the policy.

The majority of Jubilee’s claims are handled on its behalf by WNS in Ipswich. Their dedicated team can be reached on 0870 0402854 (select option 2).

More complex claims including all personal injury matters are handled by our team of expert claims handlers at our office in Sidcup who can be contacted on 0208 918 8000.
