Jubilee’s claims are handled in association with WNS Assistance.
WNS handle all ‘run of the mill claims on behalf of Jubilee, while all complex claims which require specialist handling, are referred to the Syndicate’s in house team based at its office in Sidcup.

Through its partnership with WNS, Jubilee offers everything you would expect of your Motor Insurer:

Internet Access

In addition, WNS is, uniquely, able to make claims information available over the Internet. This is a standard part of the service offered to Jubilee’s Policyholders, who have access to a ‘virtual claims file’ holing all major documents relating to a claim. Where the approved repairer network has been used, there will also be images of the damaged vehicle available to view.

Moreover a Fleet Policyholder is able to download a summary of all claims, in an Excel format, in order to carry out a full analysis of the claims which are occurring under the Policy.
